The IMA Workforce Summit
Date: July 21, 2026
Location: 30 South Meridian St., 8th Floor, Indianapolis, IN
About the Event: Workforce professionals will meet to address all things workforce related. Topics will include Manufacturing Education and Training for High School Students, Improving Access to Affordable Child Care, Aligning Indiana Degrees with Employer Demand, and much more. We'll even have a demonstration of some of the latest VR training equipment on hand for attendees to experience first-hand. Manufacturing Day Celebration
Date: September 30, 2026
Location: Biltwell Event Center, Indianapolis
About the Event: The IMA will celebrate Manufacturing Day, which coincides with IMA's 125 anniversary as the only association whose exclusive focus is on serving Hoosier manufacturers. The event honors the people and companies who embody IMA's ideal - "What Indiana Makes, Makes Indiana!" During the event, the IMA will present the 2026 Manufacturers Hall of Fame Inductions as well as the Indiana Manufacturing Excellence Awards. Categories for the awards include Community Impact, Emerging Leader, Lifetime Achievement, Manufacturing Talent Champion, Outstanding Woman Leader in Manufacturing, and Safety Champion.
