Manufacturing Institute's Workforce Summit

The Manufacturing Institute's 2026 Workforce Summit will take place October 26–28 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Centered on the theme Skills at Scale: Delivering America's Competitive Advantage, the Summit brings together manufacturers, workforce leaders, educators and community partners to share proven solutions for strengthening talent pipelines, developing technical and digital skills and creating workplaces where people stay and grow.

This event is designed for professionals who are:

• Building and developing manufacturing talent

• Addressing workforce shortages and retention challenges

• Creating partnerships between industry and education

• Exploring workforce strategies that support business growth and competitiveness

Attendees will hear directly from manufacturers and partner organizations implementing successful workforce solutions, participate in industry-led discussions and leave with practical ideas they can apply within their own organizations. The Summit focuses on real-world strategies and peer learning, not theory.
