The Indiana Manufacturers Association will host the 2021 Manufacturers Workforce Conference to discuss:
 

  • Recent Workforce Development Challenges Impacting Indiana Employers

  • How Educators Can Collaborate with Employers to Attract Students to Manufacturing Careers

  • Programs to Help Meet Workforce Needs
     

We'll also hear from those who are involved in the IMA's workforce initiative - INFAME (the Indiana Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education), with remarks from the leaders of the  Indiana chapters.
