ABOUT

An ongoing trend in the health care world has been the acquisition of physician’s practices by hospitals and corporate entities.  This can have negative consequences in health care markets and drive up costs.  Independent physicians’ groups can provide greater level of personalization and responsiveness to patient needs, have a lower average cost per patient, fewer preventable hospital admissions, and lower readmission rate than hospital-owned practices.  This webinar will explore how employers and employees can access independent practices for more responsive and lower cost care.
